My understanding (correct me if I’m wrong) is that the Civ V Scenarios can currently only be played as Single Player, not Multiplayer. Can you play Civ 5 scenarios multiplayer? You have to start the game through the Mods option in the main menu. In Civ 5 you have to go to the mods area in the game in the main menu (under multiplayer) and that should download the mods.
If you ‘re hosting the server and inviting your friends – they should have exactly the same mods like your server.
